Content Manager, Copy Editor
Alongside my experience as a writer and editor, I have several years of experience working within the food service industry. My grandparents, who immigrated from Italy, opened up a restaurant that ran for over 55 years. 10 of which, I had the opportunity to work as a banquet server, waitress and bartender and assisted in the development of the social media and website pages. Then, in 2020, my mother opened up her own fully mobile Italian food truck and catering service, NadiPlates. And over the last two years, I have assisted not only the baseline creation of the company, but in social media marketing, website development, copywriting and editing, food styling and photography, as well as recipe writing and development for food truck services, frozen food sales and large-scale catering.
