In 2020, my mother opened up her own fully mobile Italian food truck and catering service, NadiPlates. And over the last four years, I have assisted in not only the baseline creation of the company, but in social media marketing, website development, copywriting and editing, and food styling and photography. I have co-ran the companies social media accounts, including our Instagram, for the last several years as we have grown the company.
